Andrea Sneiderman Defense: Charges Against Her Are Too Vague

Accused conspirator in the murder of husband and Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman to begin trial June 29

Lawyers defending Andrea Sneiderman, the woman accused of conspiring to kill her husband, Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman, argued Tuesday that the charges she is set to be tried on are too vague, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Sneiderman has been charged with 16 counts including murder and perjury in connection with the 2010 shooting death of Russell Sneiderman. Her former boss, with whom she is accused of having an affair, is serving a life sentence after he was convicted of the murder in 2011.
