Andrea Sneiderman Asks Judge to Drop Murder Charges

Widow and accused conspirator in Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman's 2010 murder files for acquittal in Georgia court.

Andrea Sneiderman's attorneys have asked a DeKalb County, Ga. judge to acquit her of murder charges, CBSAtlanta reports.

Sneiderman is accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband and Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman in November of 2010.
