Woman accused of assisting in her husband's death allowed to contact Joseph Dell, judge rules

The woman accused of conspiring to kill her husband, Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman, is now allowed to contact a male friend who prosecutors have suggested could be a witness in her trial.

A judge ruled yesterday that Andrea Sneiderman could again have contact with Joseph Dell.

Sneiderman was charged with being involved in her husband's November 2010 shooting and is currently out of jail on a $500,000 bond.

Andrea Sneiderman's former boss Hemy Neuman is serving a life sentence for the shooting after a trial which painted Andrea Sneiderman as a manipulator in a murder plot to get her late husband's $2 million life insurance payout.
