Ruby Levine has seen a Cleveland with horse-drawn wagons, tough early years in a home with no electricity and an outhouse and leaving school in the afternoon to work and help support his family. The son of Polish-Jewish immigrants built a life where he played sports at Glenville High, married a beauty he met at a wedding he crashed with a friend, went on to start a vending machine company, and even entertained Frank Sinatra and Joel Grey.
