Supplements 101

Come learn how supplements can help with allergies, digestion, immune health, female issues and stress.  This 2-week class is designed to educate the general consumer regarding various nutritional supplements and will cover supplement quality, interactions, vitamins, minerals, herbals and homeopathics. The class will be lead by Lina Sbrocco, LAc, ND, who practices natural medicine at Connor Integrative Medicine Network at Chagrin Highlands Health Center using acupuncture, herbals, homeopathy, and nutritional supplements.  Class fee is $50.  Please call 216.767.8435 to register.
