Reiki Level 1 Training

This training is offered by the Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals. Reiki (ray-key) a Japanese word for universal energy is a "laying-on-hands" method of relaxation and stress reduction that accelerates the body's natural ability to heal physical ailments and harmonize the mind, body and spirit.  Attendees will learn the history and principles of Reiki and energy, hand positions from the Usui tradition, how to give Reiki treatments to self and others, and how to use Reiki in professional and personal life.  Cost is $125 for two four-sessions and includes a manual.  Call 216.767.8435 to register.
