Reiki I

Reiki, a Japanese word for universal energy, is a "laying-of-hands" method of relaxation and stress reduction that accelerates the body's natural ability to heal physical ailments and harmonizes the mind, body and spirit.  This 2-week class (4 hours each class) will teach the history and principles of Reiki, Reiki hand positions, and how to give Reiki to self, others, animals and plants.  There will be ample opportunities to both give and receive Reiki during these classes.  Class fee is $125 and includes a manual.  Please call 216.767.8435 to register.
