Opening Reception - Mitri-Shaban: Seven Decades

Fairmount Center for the Arts is excited to announce the opening reception of Mitri-Shaban: Seven Decades this Saturday, January 11 from 4-6pm. A family of three generation, the artists of the Mitri-Shaban clan are filled with talent, creativity and impeccable skill. Artist Anthony Mitri, with wife Jennifer Shaban and mother Rosemary Mitri along with niece, Grace Mitri, will have their works on display at the Fairmount Center Art Galleries located on the first and second floors of the Center. Works in oil, acrylic, watercolor and drawing will fill the walls of Fairmount for all to enjoy.
This free and open to the public event is located at 8400 Fairmount Road in Novelty. Guests will enjoy hors d'ouerves, refreshments and beautiful artwork for sale! Mitri-Shaban: Seven Decades will be on display until Monday, February 10. This and all gallery events are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday, 9-7pm, Friday 9-3:30pm and Saturday 9-1pm. For more information, please call (440) 338-3171.
For more than four decades, Fairmount Center for the Arts has provided thousands of Geauga and Cuyahoga County residents the opportunity to explore the arts by offering classes, workshops, community performances and opportunities for individual expression.
