What: This charity auction features guest auctioneers from Kent State Athletics and all the free coffee, cider and doughnuts you can eat. Prizes/auction items include memorabilia from the 2012 College World Series and tickets to see the Golden Flashes play in the MAC Championship game and a ride on the Goodyear Blimp.

Glow at the Garden
What: The Cleveland Botanical Garden opens its winter exhibit, complete with evergreens, train rides, make-your-own gingerbread houses and musicians and carolers, this weekend.

See Santa at the Wye Road Bridge Lighting Festival
What: An annual festival to kick off the holiday season in Bath Township. Included carolers, a visit with Santa and snacks.

Ice Rink at Falls River Square Opening Day
The Falls River Ice Rink opens with a bang (literally) this weekend with fireworks, shopping, an ice skating show, a visit with Santa and more.
