Grassroots gathering to offer art, history, performers and merchants
Where else can you see the Burning River Roller Girls, a living statue, hula-hooping and something called "Picklefight Puppets" in one day?
Escape to Waterloo Road this Saturday from noon to 7 p.m. for the Waterloo Arts Festival and browse local merchants, visit the art show, see performers and get your dose of festival food.
