Beachwood's Property Values Drop Slightly in Latest Report

Decrease is slight compared to Cuyahoga County as a whole

Although Beachwood's property values have dropped 1.4 percent since 2009, the difference is slight compared to the 9 percent drop across Cuyahoga County, The Plain Dealer reports.

Properties on the east side of Cleveland dropped the most, at 30 percent, and some Eastside suburbs saw big drops, too - Warrensville Heights at 29.2 percent, Maple Heights at 33.1 percent.

But communities east of Beachwood — Pepper Pike, Hunting Valley, Moreland Hills, Chagrin and Chagrin Falls — actualy saw increases.
