Wiggins Place Final Plans Approved

Planning and Zoning votes unanimously to approve final site plans for 31 additional units at senior apartments.

Final site plans for an $8.5 million addition to at Menorah Park were approved at last week's Planning & Zoning meeting.

but requires the demolition of five existing units. After construction the senior apartment building will house 145 units.

CEO Steven Raichilson told P&Z in April that Wiggins Place's waiting list for its 1- and 2-bedroom units is 126 names long.
