Fourth Four Seasons Building Approved by Beachwood

Planning and Zoning Commission gives green light to new apartment building on George Zeiger Drive

The Beachwood Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve plans for a fourth building at

The four-story building, a part of the site's master plan, will be U-shaped with a pond in the center. It will have 133 one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet.

Goldberg Companies, Inc., owns the property.

A representative said that the building is expected to take one year to build, and they hope to start construction around July 1.

This should be a great evening. Steve Berry, is one of the greatest authors of my decade along withRead More James Patterson. They both have done their homework in research and story-telling. I would love to listen to him, however, I will not be in the area that week. It would be wonderful if he were invited to the Heights area, either Legacy, Beachwood, Cleveland Hts., because he would bring down the house with fans. Thank you, again. Love his tales.
