Located in LaPlace Shopping Center,  is open daily as a bakery and a place of inspiration. You can stop in and pick up an impromptu cake to go, or savor a cupcake, brownie, mini cake, or a wedding cake slice right on the spot.

While you are there, you can make an appointment for a cake consultation, or even sign up for a decoration class.

The choices for the body of the cake include classic white, chocolate, yellow, and marble. There are also specialty flavors such as chocolate with chocolate chip, almond, and apple cinnamon. The list seems endless.

Cake filling runs the gamut of flavors from rich chocolate ganache and caramel crème to fruit flavors like raspberry, lemon and orange marmalade crème. The exteriors are either vanilla butter cream, fondant, or ganache.

Stop in and talk to Lauren Bozich and Marianne Carroll, who are the owners, designers, decorators and bakers. Their art school background shows through in their creativity and execution of everything from wedding cakes to cupcakes. It seems their artistic talent is only matched by their ability to listen to ideas and make exactly what customers want.
