Art as Therapy: See It Through Aug. 26

Second "Helping Hands" show displays works created in art therapy sessions at area organizations.

The will have works created through art therapy on display through Aug. 26.

This is the center’s second “Helping Hands” show, said Beachwood Community Services Program Coordinator Susan Gordan Merdler.

Work from art therapy at six organizations, including the Art Therapy Studio at Fairhill, Connections Health Wellness Advocacy Art Group and the Cleveland Sight Center, are on display.

The exhibition is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
