The AIDS Task Force of Greater Cleveland, Positively Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic Innovations and Stylelist partnered to host Fashion's Night Out at Saks Fifth Avenue at Beachwood Place.

Patrons participated in a scavenger hunt, saw performances and, of course, scouted models and mannequins sporting fall trends at Thursday's event.
