Heart & Sole Luncheon to Benefit Shoes and Clothes for Kids

Shoes and Clothes for Kids (SC4K) will be hosting our annual Heart & Sole Luncheon on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel from 11:30 – 1:30. This event provides the largest source of operating income for SC4K and is attended by 700 corporate and community leaders. This year we will recognize SC4K Chair Emeritus and retiring Vice President and Director of Community Affairs, Forest City Enterprises, Allan C. Krulak for his longtime commitment to Shoes and Clothes for Kids by naming the Golden Shoe Award in his honor.

Each year we present a Golden Shoe Award at the luncheon. The Golden Shoe Award is presented to a community leader(s) for his/her commitment to improving and enriching the lives of children and families in Greater Cleveland. Past recipients include Bishop Anthony Pilla, Mayor Mike White, Congressman Louis Stokes, and Senator George Voinovich, among others.
