Bruegger's Offering Free Bagels As Incentive To Donate To Charity

Bruegger's Bagel Bakery is offering free bagels as an incentive to convince people to donate to children's hospitals -- both locally and across the country.

On Thursday, from open until 2 p.m., guests can visit any participating Bruegger’s Bagels bakery, present a coupon and receive three free bagels of their choice.

In return, guests are encouraged to donate to their local Children’s Miracle Network hospital and help kids and families in need.

The network has 170 hospitals, including University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. The money collected at Bruegger's in Northeast Ohio will go to Rainbow.

To get free bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels patrons can visit the bakery’s Facebook page and click on the “3 Free Bagel” tab to print a coupon. Or they can display it on their smartphone at the register of their local bakery.

People in the Bruegger's email club will receive the coupon via email.

The charity collection and bagel giveaway coincides with both Bruegger's and the hospital network's 30th anniversaries.
