Beachwood Multiple Sclerosis Victim Gets Helpful Gift

A Shaker Heights woman helped her Beachwood friend with multiple sclerosis by purchasing a water wheelchair for therapy.

One Beachwood woman has proof that helping others is still a part of society.

The Plain Dealer ran a story Thursday about a Shaker Heights woman, Susie Zimmer, who went above and beyond for her friend Cindy Charms, a Beachwood woman suffering from multiple sclerosis.

Zimmer purchased a water wheelchair for Charms to help her with therapy. Because of her disease, Charms was unable to get herself into the pool, the paper reported.
