Looking for something to do this summer? Need community service hours for school? Come learn some sewing basics or practice your art skills as we make pillowcases for ConKerr Cancer, an organization that donates colorful pillowcases to area hospitals serving children with cancer. No experience necessary! You may bring some new solid-colored pillowcases to donate if you would like, but it is not necessary. Parents, please complete a photo release for your child before the program. For teens in grades 6-12.

The Beachwood Public Library is located minutes from Interstate-271 on Shaker Boulevard. The library has been serving the Beachwood community since 1982 and was renovated in 1998. The establishment hosts a calendar of events and programs including business classes, cooking and organizational classes. Beachwood Public Library provides computers, printers and databases for public use. Visitors can also find forms and documents needed to file state and federal income taxes.
