Our monthly interior decorating workshops are the talk of the town! Get the latest design tips, trends and insights from the area’s top interior design professionals! This month’s topic:
"Color Pulse 2014 and Color Stories". Take the color plunge with the newest color trends for 2012 and beyond and see how professionals create spectacular settings with over 240 one-of-a-kind pigments. Presented by Dorothy Hazinski, Benjamin Moore & Co.
How do you forecast the latest interior colors from a palette of several thousand hues from delicately neutral to highly intense? According to Dorothy Hazinski of Benjamin Moore & Co. you categorize the tints to represent our evolving design lifestyles and expanding visual environment.
“Every year is an exciting challenge for our color professionals,” says Hazinski. “This year we’re giving our trends four new distinctions, which will make it more comfortable for consumers to work with our enormous palette.” The new colors will be featured in these categories: Earth & Sky; Eclectic Elegance; Spiced Life; and Sense and Sensibility. Hazinski shows these trends in inspirational design settings along with creative ideas and specialized techniques. She will also give a preview of the new Color Pulse 2013, which forecasts the color palette for the interior design professional.
