DESCRIPTION:This is a chance to cook with the executive chef of UH Ahuja 
 Medical Center\, John Selick.  This interactive cooking class includes d
 inner and will allow  participants the opportunity to ask questions of t
 he chef as well as  receive recipes that can be prepared at home. On the
  menu will be steelcut oatmeal with yogurt and berry compote\; whole whe
 at buttermilk pancakes with mixed berry syrup\; and black bean\, spinach
 \, goat cheese frittata with roast tomato relish. The cost is $25 per pe
 rson due at time of registration.
