If you meet me in St. Louis, Louis, Meet me at the…Ball park?

That’s right! This Friday, I’ll be travelling to St. Louis to see our Cleveland Indians take on the World Series Champion Cardinals.

I know what my readers are all saying as they read this: “Isn’t this the same kid who just complained about the Tribe in his last blog? And now he is travelling 560 miles to see them play? This dude must be nuts!”

Ladies and Gentlemen, yes, I am nuts. No matter how sick that those “Wahoos” make me, I will always have Indians Fever.

Now since we got that out of the way, I’m going to tell you what to expect from this trip to “The Lou.”

1. Just like my trip to Boston back in May, everyone is welcomed to follow my whole trip on Twitter @foulpoles11. I have Instagram on my iPhone, so be ready to see some very beautiful pictures of Busch Stadium.

2. I will be in three major cities in three nights. Cleveland on Thursday, where I’ll be gambling for some vacation money at the new Horseshoe Casino. St. Louis on Friday, I’ll be seeing the Tribe play and what the city has to offer before and after the game. Then the final leg of the trip is Chicago on Saturday, where I’ll be visiting some family and just hanging out in the Windy City.

I’ll have a recap of the whole trip early next week.

If anyone knows of any great spots for food and drinks in St. Louis, please leave a comment below! I have a “When in Rome” attitude and love to try local things.

I know that St. Louis is the home of Beer Empire, Anheuser-Busch, but I refuse to go all that away to drink something that I can buy in Cleveland. My goal is to find a great micro brew in the city they call St. Lou!
