WOODLANDS AT AUSTINWOODS TO OFFER ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION PROGRAM



Arthritis Foundation Aquatic
Program is Joint-Safe Way to Exercise


YOUNGSTOWN Are you looking for a new way to
exercise? Do you have arthritis and thought there was no safe exercise program
for you? AustinWoods has an exciting exercise program that answers both
questions: Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program.

Woodlands at AustinWoods, 4780 Kirk Rd., Youngstown, OH 44515 will
offer spring classes Monday, March 25th through Friday, May 17th. On Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays, classes will be held at 8 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, class times are 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Developed specifically for people with arthritis, the
Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is safe for people of all ages and is
taught by Arthritis Foundation trained and certified leaders.
