Cleveland's Funniest Rabbi Winner Named in Maltz Museum Contest

Five rabbis from all around the region entertained the crowd at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage Wednesday night, but only one could be named the funniest

"This is year 5773 of the Jewish calendar," noted Victor Goodman, the master of ceremonies for the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage's second ever Cleveland's Funniest Rabbi contest.

"And the thing that has kept us alive for 5,773 years is our sense of humor," he added.

In the spirit of both their history and humor, five rabbis from around Cleveland competed to be named Cleveland's funniest and earn the contest's Golden Chicken.
