Creve Coeur's City Council will have first reading on a number of bills, including a protest ordinance targeting the ultra-conservative Westboro Baptist Church, Delmar Gardens, and a pair of restaurants looking to expand into the city.

Beachwood City Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. tonight at Council Chambers in City Hall.
Council is expected to review 18 ordinances, six of which involve reappointments to the Civil Service and Planning and Zoning commissions and plans examiner positions. Other ordinances center on fiscal appropriations and transfers that need to be made before the end of the year.
City Council will also vote on a contracts to repair Fire Station No. 1 and maintain City Hall.
