Valenti's Ristorante Opening Nears
Beachwood's newest restaurant will be ready for the public the week of Aug. 13.
Valenti's Ristorante, the Italian bistro that's replaced Hiroshi's Pub in Beachwood, will be ready for the public the week of Aug. 13.
The new restaurant will have a wood-burning stove for Neopolitan pizzas, live piano music and take-home dinners.
“I want everybody to be able to eat here,” said owner Milo Valenti. “When you walk in, you’re going to feel like you walked into your home.”
Hiroshi's closed in early May. Its owner Hisoshi Tsuji told Beachwood Patch that he closed because he had been hoping to have a successful dining room and business was more focused on the bar.
Valenti's has not planned a public grand opening, said Marketing and Hospitality Coordinator Dale Morrison.
The restaurant is located at in Corporate Park at 3365 Richmond Rd.
