Woman drives with .186 BAC, open bottle of tequila
Saturday, Nov. 17, 4 a.m. — Police received a call from a driver on I-271 south near Chagrin Boulevard who said that a car in front of her was driving recklessly. Police stopped the car and reported that the driver was drunk with a blood alcohol level at .186 percent and an open bottle of tequila in the car. She was charged with drunken driving and having an open container.
Juvenile charged with drug paraphernalia possession, shoplifting
Sunday, Nov. 18, 4:46 p.m. — Police arrested a juvenile boy at the Sunglass Hut and charged him with shoplifting $340 of merchandise, drug abuse and drug paraphernalia possession.
Family fight escalates to physical altercation
Sunday, Nov. 18, 12 a.m. — Police were called to Halcyon Road for a report of a physical altercation between two men and two women. The dispute was resolved and criminal charges are possible.
