The Beachwood Schools Foundation honored the sponsors of its scholarships at "White and Gold Thru The Decades," a gala held Saturday at the Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple. Organizers said about 185 people attended the event, which coincided with the 50th anniversary of Beachwood High School's first graduating class.
The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that offers more than 20 scholarships to graduating seniors. The foundation is also raising money for educational programming in the city's public schools.
