Fugitives of the Week Wanted for Reported Rape at Gunpoint, Attempted Murder and More

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office is looking for these men and women.

Debbie Carter, 48, is wanted for charges including aggravated robbery, robbery, petty theft and felonious assault. She allegedly took property from a beauty supply store and threatened an employee with a box cutter when he or she tried to stop her. She is about 5’6” and 185 pounds.
