Two men were charged after police said they got into a fight at the Hilton Cleveland East last weekend.

The police report does not say why the men were fighting, but an off-duty police officer working security broke it up just before 2 a.m. July 6, said police.

One man was cited for disorderly conduct and released, but the other man was arrested and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. He also had a warrant out for his arrest from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office.

 Both men required medical treatment for their injuries, the report notes.
