Daylight Saving Time 2013 Begins March 10

Spring ahead at 2 a.m. March 10, 2013 and wind the clocks forward an hour for daylight saving time.

I hate 'Spring Forward' because I love my sleep.

But I also love those gorgeous long summer days that we get here in Ohio.

So if we need to lose an hour of sleep on one day to enjoy a wonderful summer, so be it.

Don't forget at 2 a.m. on March 10, 2013 wind the clocks forward an hour for daylight saving time. You may miss that hour on Sunday morning, but look at the bright side: It will be lighter outside, later in the day.

When told the reason for daylight savings time the old native american said "only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket".
