The Greater Cleveland Congregations — made up of 40 religious congregations and community organizations — have invited the five candidates for Cuyahoga County Prosecutor to a forum in Beachwood.

The forum will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple, 23737 Fairmount Blvd.

The GCC expects up to 700 attendees to the event.

A press release states that the candidates will be questioned on the GCC's "priority areas:" adequate representation for the accused, use of over-charging in felony cases, availability of diversion and treatment programs for non-violent offenders and treatment and care of children in the juvenile justice system.
