Catalytic Converters Targeted in Thefts: Beachwood Blotter

Two purses stolen from Beachwood Place

Tuesday, July 31, 8:52 p.m. — Beachwood Police arrested a woman at Dillard's and charged her with stealing two purses valued at $617.

Catalytic converters stolen from car dealership

Wednesday, August 1, 5:31 p.m. — Crestmont Cadillac reported that someone stole two catalytic converters valued at $900 from cars in their lot.

Woman arrested, charged with $800 shoplift

Saturday, Aug. 4, 6:27 p.m. — A woman was arrested and charged with stealing $800 of cosmetics from Sephora at the Beachwood Place Mall.
