Beachwood Police report that burglars were in a Beachwood office building over the weekend.

Two businesses in the building at 23611 Chagrin Boulevard reported signs of burglars Monday morning, Jan. 28.

One business reported that someone had been into their medical office. Desk drawers and filing cabinets were damaged, and $26 in items were reported stolen.

In another business, police report that there were signs that someone tried to force open the door but did not gain entry.

Both reports indicate that the incidents happened between Friday evening and Monday morning.

These incidents are under investigation.
