Blog of the Day: Mandel JCC Presents "Music Man, Jr."

This week, we're recognizing a different kind of blog: a one-time, quick and easy way to announce something to everyone.

We like to encourage our Beachwood "newsmaking" friends - marketing and public relations gurus, nonprofit members, even parents of kids at our great schools - to tell us your news in way that gets better, faster results than an emailed press release or photo: submit it directly to our site.

The Mandel JCC Youth Playmakers submitted - and we quickly made it the big, featured story on our front page!

It's even easier to do this on Beachwood Patch since we went through some changes earlier this month. Just hit the "Start a blog" button on the front page of our site (or click here) and announce something to everyone, too - whether it's a photo from your latest fundraiser, your daughter's softball game scores or a press release you've written.
