The Beachwood Convention & Visitors Bureau launched on Monday and with it, a new website that aims to market the city to business and pleasure travelers.

VisitBeachwoodOhio.com lists local hotels, restaurants and attractions, a calendar of events and a map function. It also has a deals sections, where hotels can buy slots to offer coupons to visitors.

The site is the cornerstone of the city's new bureau, which also officially launched on Monday. The bureau plans to attract small conventions and visitors from larger conventions to stay, dine and shop in Beachwood.
