Beachwood City Council elected a new president to replace former president Saul Eisen at Monday's meeting.
Melvin Jacobs will serve as president and Fred Goodman* will serve as Vice President for 2013.
Former President Saul Eisen became ill late last year. Though he expects to return for the next regular meeting, he resigned from his position as president in a letter to council Monday.
