$25,000 of belongings stolen from man’s gym bag

Monday, Jan. 23, 12:03 p.m. — A man reported that he left a bag at Life Time Fitness and that $25,000 of items were stolen from it.

Purse stolen at Bally

Monday, Jan. 23, 10:23 p.m. — A woman reported that her purse was stolen from an unlocked locker at Bally Total Fitness. She estimates the value of the purse and the items inside at over $3,000.

Woman caught using dead person’s handicap parking placard

Thursday, Jan. 26, 8:49 p.m. — A woman was cited for using a dead person’s handicap placard to park in a handicapped space at the Beachwood Place Mall.

Man, woman sent to their room after inappropriate hotel hot tub behavior

Thursday, Jan. 26, 11:04 p.m. — Someone reported that a man and a woman were “acting inappropriately” in the Fairfield Inn’s hot tub. Police told them to stay in their room.

Wanted woman arrested after arguing over hotel bill

Friday, Jan. 27, 12:26 p.m.Hilton Cleveland East employees reported that a woman was giving them a “hard time” about paying her bill. When police arrived, they found that she had an active warrant for her arrest from Euclid Police.

Woman arrested for $2,000 Dillard’s shoplift

Sunday, Jan. 29, 5:19 p.m. — A woman was arrested at Dillard's at the Beachwood Place Mall and charged with stealing nearly $2,000 of merchandise.
