Bachelorette party kicked out at hotel

Sunday, July 22, 11:53 p.m. — A bachelorette party was kicked out of a room at Homewood Suites after staff said that they warned them four times about being too loud. The party also had too many people in the room, the report adds.

Officer helps a resident with a squirrel problem

Sunday, July 22, 9:29 a.m. — An officer responded to a Twickenham Drive home and removed a dead squirrel for an elderly resident.

Mother arrested while getting daughter out of jail

Sunday, July 22, 6:20 p.m. — A juvenile girl was arrested and charged with shoplifting $56.97 of merchandise from Marshall’s Department Store. Her mom came to the Beachwood Police Department to pick her up, but there was a warrant out for her arrest and she was arrested, too. The juvenile was left with her adult sister.
