The lawyer representing Andrea Sneiderman was arrested early Thursday morning for suspicion of drunken driving, according to Dunwoody Patch.
Jennifer Little, a former DeKalb County prosecutor, was charged with reckless driving, speeding and drunken driving.
Andrea Sneiderman is the widow of Russell Sneiderman, the Beachwood native who was gunned down by Hemy Neuman outside of a daycare center near his home in Dunwoody, Georgia in late 2010.
Neuman, who testified that he had an affair with Andrea Sneiderman, was her boss.
Neuman was convicted of the murder last month and district attorneys have said that they intend to try Andrea Sneiderman next.
