Andrea Sneiderman's trial on charges she was involved in the murder of her husband and Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman is set to begin July 29, 11Alive News reports.

Last week yielded several updates on the case:

• 48 Hours interviewed several of the woman's supporters and released footage Feb. 21.
• Andrea Sneiderman requested that Joseph Dell, a man who was added to the state's witness list after it was revealed that she made dozens of calls to him during her three-week stint in jail last year, be removed from the witness list.
• Last week, a grand jury added eight new counts to Sneiderman's indictment. 
• Also last week, transcripts of jail house phone calls Sneiderman made revealed her thoughts on Sandra Bullock playing her in a movie about her life.
