Andrea Sneiderman asked a judge to remove her brother-in-law as executor of her slain husband Russell Sneiderman's will, according to WSB-TV.
The widow and accused murderer of Russell Sneiderman told the judge Friday that Russell's brother Steve Sneiderman should not execute the will because of statements he has made accusing her of the killing.
