Andrea Sneiderman Likely to Decline to Testify in Her Trial
Atlanta TV news station reports that widow of slain Beachwood native may plead the fifth in her trial on murder charges.
The woman accused of conspiring to kill her husband, Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman, may not testify in her trial.
Andrea Sneiderman was charged with being involved in his November 2010 shooting and is currently out of jail on a $500,000 bond.
Andrea Sneiderman's former boss Hemy Neuman is serving a life sentence for the shooting after a trial which painted Andrea Sneiderman as a manipulator in a murder plot to get her late husband's $2 million life insurance payout.
Late last year, prosecutors suggested that a third man was involved in Andrea Sneiderman's life, complicating the already-convoluted case against her.
11Alive news reports that, although she certainly emerged as a character during Neuman's trial, she may plead the fifth during her own trial.
