A Georgia judge ordered that Andrea Sneiderman not have contact with a man with whom prosecutors believe she was having an affair at the time of her husband and Beachwood native Russell Sneiderman's death.
Andrea Sneiderman's former boss Hemy Neuman is serving a life sentence for the shooting after a trial which painted Andrea Sneiderman as a manipulator in a murder plot to get her late husband's $2 million life insurance payout.
Now prosecutors allege that she was having an affair with a third man who argues that he is only a friend of the family. He is expected to be called to testify in her trial and the judge has ordered that Andrea Sneiderman have no contact with the possible witness in her own murder trial.
