Fresh Fork Market is proud to showcase Ohio’s bounty this Thanksgiving.  It is a time of year to celebrate the efforts of our local farmers and the blessings of nature.  Thanksgiving is only one day of the year, but we and our farmers have been working on this day since early spring.  For the last couple months, these birds have been enjoying the lush green grasses of Northeast Ohio, fresh air, and sunshine as they are raised out on pasture.  They’ll receive about 30% of their diet from the seeds, grass, and insects they find in the soil; the remainder of their diet will come from a locally grown and milled mixture of corn, legumes, oats, and minerals.  Our birds will be harvested fresh on the Monday before Thanksgiving for delivery on Tues/Wed, Nov 20th and 21st.  Delivery Locations: please visit www.freshforkmarket.com for locations and times.
