David Genshaft, 95, formerly of Beachwood, a Superior Brand Meats executive, World War II Army veteran and philanthropist, died Oct. 24.
Services will take place at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday Oct. 26, at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights.
Following interment at Canton Hebrew Cemetery, 2331 Central Ave. SE, Canton, family will receive friends at his son’s residence at 1103 Kenwood Circle NE, Canton, until 9 p.m.
Friends also may call from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, from 1-4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, and from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at his daughter’s residence at 2705 Inverness Road, Shaker Heights.
